Welcome to my page, a safe space for anyone who has ever felt a little “off” without knowing why.

My name is Adela, I am a mom of two kids and a middle manager in a corporate behemoth. After years of struggling and feeling inadequate no matter how successful my life seemed to be, I’ve arrived to a realization that was both scary and freeing: there’s nothing wrong with me. It’s just ADHD.

My life has taken me through all kinds of experiences, but my real focus is the corporate world. Whether you’re a manager or an employee, ADHD comes with its own set of challenges. And if you’re looking for someone who has (hopefully!) learned how to handle them, I’m here for you. As an employee, as a team lead, as a colleague, and simply as another person trying to make things work, I can help you make sense of the chaos at least to a degree that will make your life a bit easier.

My Passion

ADHD is not just something I have. It is something I genuinely love learning about and exploring. Over time, it became my longest hyperfocus and, honestly, one of the most unexpected joys of my life. What began as a personal need to understand my own brain slowly grew into a deep interest in how people think, feel, and connect with each other.

Psychology quickly became my playground. I found myself fascinated not only by what people do, but by why they do it. ADHD led me into the world of emotions, habits, attachment styles, communication patterns, and all the little invisible things that shape our daily lives. The more I learned, the more everything started to make sense, including myself.

Relationships became a natural part of this journey. ADHD brings empathy, creativity, emotional depth and intuition, but it can also bring chaos, misunderstandings and overload. I care deeply about helping people understand their brains and their hearts at the same time.

My Goals

My goals are simple: I want to grow as a human and help other humans do the same, preferably without pretending we all have our lives perfectly together. Personal development does not have to be serious, stiff, or full of complicated rules. To me, it is about understanding yourself better, laughing at your own patterns, and slowly learning how to work with your brain instead of fighting it every day.

I also really want people to actually learn something, not just send a reel to a friend with “sameee” and move on. Awareness is great, but growth is better. My dream is to turn those “wow this is so me” moments into “ohhh, now I get it” moments. ADHD, emotions, habits and relationships all start to make a lot more sense when you look just a little deeper than a 30-second video.

Helping others gives meaning to this journey for me. And honestly, it also gives me something I never quite found in the corporate world: a genuine sense of value. Spreadsheets and meetings have their place, but watching someone understand themselves better hits differently.
My goal is to create a space that feels useful, human, and safe to explore. A place where insight beats scrolling, reflection beats self-judgment, and growth feels possible, not exhausting. If you leave here knowing your brain a little better than when you arrived, I’ve done my job.
